Participants to Provide:
• Signed Application with $300 participation fee plus $350 for Festival setup if requested above.
• Agreement to promote the Orange Uncorked Wine Festival on social media platforms, event calendars, and websites according to provided timelines.
• Certificate of Insurance per above instructions.
• Staffing for their tent for the event. The festival cannot provide volunteers for individual participants.
Festival to Provide:
• Six (6) bags of ice per day – Total 12 bags. Additional ice will be available for $5 per bag, payable in cash at time of delivery.
• Potable water for rinsing
• Will call pick up for purchases
• Security at site from 11 am Saturday June 7th through 5 pm Sunday June 8th.
• Advertisement & promotion of the event and participating wineries/cideries
Participants must commit to full participation for the entire event. Failure to participate on both days will result in prohibition from participating in future events. Placement and configuration of vendor spaces will be determined by the event coordinator. All vendors and their staff agree to conduct themselves appropriately while on the event grounds. The Festival reserves the right to deny participation, without registration refund, to any vendor who displays inappropriate items or conduct. Two wine glasses and two tasting wristbands per vendor are included as part of the registration fee, additional staff wristbands and glasses are available at a discounted rate. Space IS NOT confirmed until payment and Certificate of Insurance is received.
